A lifelong entrepreneur, David believes Philadelphia has much to offer, including its history, neighborhoods and diversity. David says Philadelphia has an array of resources and programs designed to create opportunities for business owners, including the InStore Forgivable Loan Program by the Department of Commerce. David is optimistic city leaders will make operating Philadelphia easier and more accessible for businesses.

As a member of the Inclusive Growth Coalition, David hopes other business owners have access to the opportunities Philadelphia has to offer and that minority business owners have a seat at the table.
